To order from Tightrope Records you can either use the online checkout process or snail-mail payment to us.

If ordering online, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

A sub-total of at least $15 (before shipping) is required. Any online order with a sub-total less than $15 will have a Johnny Rebel CD added to their orders.

If ordering through snail-mail, please send cash (either U.S. Dollars or Euros) or if you are in America, you can also send Check or Money Order. (Our mailing address is at the bottom of every page of the website.)

No return policy on clothing, unless the mistake is ours. (If we send you the wrong size or something other than what you ordered, we will do an exchange.)

Shipping Charges

For United States customers, everything is shipped Priority Mail and the cost is $5.00. If ordering online, this is automatically added to your total. If ordering snail-mail, please add $5.00 for Priority Shipping.

For customers in the rest of the world, everything is shipped Global Priority Mail and the cost can vary, depending on what you order. For Canada the average cost is $11.00, for all other countries the average cost is $13.00. If you need an exact quote based on your particular order, please e-mail us. For foreign customers ordering online, we will add the exact cost of your shipping to the total before we process your credit card.
